I consent to the processing of my personal data by International Data Group Poland SA with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Twarda 18, as the administrator of personal data in order to carry out the services and for the purposes of communication related to the conference, in accordance with the law of 29 Aug. 1997 on the protection of personal data. I also read the terms and conditions of the conference and I accept them.

I agree to the processing of my personal data, in particular my first and family name, residence address, email address and phone number, for the purposes of product marketing by organizations cooperating with IDG Poland SA in terms of websites owned by IDG Poland SA, in particular, to sending me electronically various types of commercial information and other materials, among others for promotional and marketing purposes by third parties working with IDG Poland SA by IDG Poland SA and by third parties with whom IDG Poland SA cooperates.

I agree that International Data Group Poland SA may, now and in the future, provide my personal data to other entities incorporated under the Polish law, and associated with International Data Group Poland SA. (during, and after the expiration of the agreement concluded by me with IDG Poland SA), with whom the latter cooperates in the course of doing business, in order to offer these entities products and services.

IDG Poland SA informs that, in accordance with Art. 24 par. 1 item 3 and 4 of the Act of 29 August 1997. on protection of personal data, providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to deliver the service, and moreover, that the User has the right to access their data and correct it.

Conditions for participation in the conference

The cost of participation in the conference depends on the date of enrolling and is:

EXECUTIVE TRACK + SCRUM DAYS CONFERENCE

2699 PLN net (+23% VAT) after 19th of May

DISCOUNTS for group registration*:

3 delegates 10% off - USE CODE: SD3

4 - 5 delegates 15% off - USE CODE- SD4

6 and more delegates 20% off - USE CODE - SD6

*Group discounts do not combine with other discounts

OBLIGATION TO PAY

Enrollment is equivalent to adding you to the list of conference participants and incurring the obligation to pay. Please make your payment to the following account:

The basis for payment is the pro forma invoice, which will be issued within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the application and will be sent as a PDF file to the e-mail address indicated in the application. Within 7 days after receiving the payment/transfer, a VAT invoice will be issued and sent by mail to the address given in the application. Failure to make payment is not equivalent to resignation from participation in the conference.

Resignation from participation

Persons canceling their participation (only by fax or e-mail):

up to 19th May 2017 included will receive a refund reduced by the handling fee of 20%, but if you cancel after that date, you will not receive a refund.
after 19th May 2017 and failing to participate in the conference will result in charging the full participation cost to your account
failure to cancel the application and failure to participate in the conference will result charging the full cost of participation to your account.

Cancellation of the Conference

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference due to unforeseen events. In this case, all payments made by the participant will be reimbursed by the organizer in full.
